Flexible production from 1 to 6,500 kg
In our hand moulding shop based on furan resin, we produce castings ranging from 1 to 6,500 kg using moulding boxes up to 4000 x 4000 mm in size. On five moulding lines, we manufacture single pieces, small batches, and complex large castings with high precision.
Core technology and surface quality
In addition to conventional sand cores, we also use 3D-printed cores to reproduce complex internal geometries economically and with dimensional accuracy. A standardized documentation process ensures high repeatability and consistent quality across multiple production lots. For demanding surfaces and critical areas, special coatings are applied to specifically improve dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
From model to melt
After mould and core production, the prepared moulds are transferred to the melting shop. There, the actual casting process begins – the melt is poured into the moulds under controlled parameters to achieve flawless structure and surface properties.
