After blasting, the castings enter our fully automated annealing furnaces, where they are softened or stress-relieved depending on requirements. Targeted treatments such as tempering, ferritizing, or pearlitizing enable controlled microstructure transformations. The entire process is continuously monitored and recorded, guaranteeing reproducible material characteristics for excellent machinability and long-term performance.
Equipment and documentation
Our facilities include chamber furnaces up to 800 °C for large components (4000 × 3000 × 2000 mm) and high-temperature furnaces up to 1050 °C for smaller parts. Each process can be fully documented, including temperature curves and dwell times, providing traceability and quality assurance for every customer order.
