In contract hardening, workpieces are subjected to targeted heat treatment on behalf of customers to increase their hardness, strength, and wear resistance. Precisely controlled temperature curves and defined cooling processes create optimized surface and core properties that meet demanding requirements for load capacity and service life. Depending on the material and application, processes such as case hardening, induction hardening, or tempering are used to achieve reproducible results and the highest quality.

Available Equipment

Our induction hardening system is among the most advanced in Europe and enables inductive hardening and tempering of workpieces with dimensions of up to 2000 × 600 × 600 mm (hardening length up to 1500 mm) and a weight of up to 600 kg. Through targeted heating and controlled cooling, the surface layers become wear-resistant and highly durable, while the core remains tough and dimensionally stable.
